Easy Access Holiday Home Hire
Of the multiple park operated caravan holiday homes to hire, one is designed as an easy access unit with full wide access low gradient decking ramp, on pitch parking, full WC, shower wet room, lowered kitchen units, lifting ids, easy access beds and wide sliding doors throughout.

Whether it’s on two wheels, four wheels or camping in its purest form, we have plenty of lovely fully serviced pitches for you and your caravan, motorhome or tent alike. Whatever your own personal favourite is, you can make the most of our spacious location and facilities.
Wigwam Glamping
If you love the great outdoors but you like your camping to come with comforts, then our Wigwams really do offer the best of both worlds. Quirky and a little bit different, you can combine home comforts with fire pits and stylish outdoor living.
Overall, we really enjoy staying at the park and find it very friendly and well maintained.
We love this park as the caravans are excellent and always well maintained and of course the Northumberland coast is beautiful.
We stayed for 2 nights in a tent. Our children loved it! They loved the parks, the outdoor pools, football pitches and large grassed areas throughout to play games.
We love Waren, it is one of our favourite sites. We feel so at home there. It was the first ever site we went to, for our first trip out in our first touring caravan, for our daughter’s second birthday celebrations. It is a tradition now that we go every year for her birthday, and have just done it for the third year running. We love it so much. And long may it continue. Cant wait to try the sister sites, as she gets older. Brilliant site, lovely atmosphere, keep up the good work guys! Thankyou x

We have travelled all over the UK in our motor home. Waren Mill was one of the first sites we stayed at and has remained our favourite!
Absolutely lovely campsite, great atmosphere, felt really welcomed. Amazing views and great distance from local tourist attractions, will definitely be returning soon!
Our daughter loves coming to Warren mill and has great fun. The staff are always helpful and friendly and we’ve made lots of great memories and look forward to making lots more soon.
