Easy Access Holiday Home Hire
Of the multiple park operated caravan holiday homes to hire, one is designed as an easy access unit with full wide access low gradient decking ramp, on pitch parking, full WC, shower wet room, lowered kitchen units, lifting ids, easy access beds and wide sliding doors throughout.

Whether it’s on two wheels, four wheels or camping in its purest form, we have plenty of lovely fully serviced pitches for you and your caravan, motorhome or tent alike. Whatever your own personal favourite is, you can make the most of our spacious location and facilities.

If you love the great outdoors but you like your camping to come with comforts, then our Wigwams really do offer the best of both worlds. Quirky and a little bit different, you can combine home comforts with fire pits and stylish outdoor living.
Budle View - Lodge near Bamburgh
Budle View is a single story modern self-catering timber lodge with underfloor heating and offers a unique rural escape with far-reaching views to the sea, operating year-round with flexible stay options (3/4/7/14 nights).
Budle lodge is situated in a semi-remote location however easily accessible and by car from the A1 approx 5-mins. There is ample parking for two cars and motorcyclists are welcome.
The accommodation comprises entrance vestibule / boot room, and a comfortable lounge area with open plan dining area adjoining a spacious well appointed self catering kitchen. The accommodation has WC, bath & shower facilities, 3 bedrooms, and can accommodates up to 6 persons and baby cots in addition. Accessible from the kitchen is a covered outdoor deck area with dining furniture and BBQ.
Check in is at Waren Caravan Park and where an arrangement is in place for the Budle View Lodge guests to use the facilities at nearby Waren Caravan Park and with its outdoor splash pool, bar and restaurant, pizza takeaway, games room and outdoor play areas including nature trail.
As well as serving as an excellent base for exploring North Northumberland, a standout feature of the accommodation is its proximity to a working pig farm so worth noting that from time to time there may be odours and noises and may not appeal to all guests. The accommodation is not suitable for wheelchair users.

Exceptionally clean shower block and very helpful friendly staff.
Even in October for our last stay we found the park to be in superb condition. A great tribute to the hard working park staff which was much appreciated. We look forward to returning.

We very much enjoyed the campsite. The kitchen area for wigwam users was a great touch and made a huge difference to our dining options. All public areas well maintained and clean.
Our daughter loves coming to Warren mill and has great fun. The staff are always helpful and friendly and we’ve made lots of great memories and look forward to making lots more soon.

We stayed for 2 nights in a tent. Our children loved it! They loved the parks, the outdoor pools, football pitches and large grassed areas throughout to play games.
We have travelled all over the UK in our motor home. Waren Mill was one of the first sites we stayed at and has remained our favourite!
We have stayed at this park many times and always return it’s a lovely clean well maintained park with super layout in the touring field for the kids playing on the field/park. Family shower rooms really really good and clean. We have also stayed at the other 3 parks you have but Waren is our favourite for a close to home weekend away! Thanks.
Having previously mainly stayed at Parkdean Caravan Parks on the south coast I was unsure what to expect, we were delighted with the caravan we stayed in, much better than previous holidays, so clean and spacious, and a great price. Really felt comfortable and safe, which as a single mum of 11 and 13 year old lads is always my concern, so thank you very much for a perfect holiday.
Absolutely lovely campsite, great atmosphere, felt really welcomed. Amazing views and great distance from local tourist attractions, will definitely be returning soon!
The staff are always very friendly and go out of their way to help. My daughter loves Warren Mill and is always in the park playing before we start setting things up. It’s a lovely friendly site that I often recommend to people I know.
