Budle View Lodge
Budle View is a single story modern self-catering timber lodge with underfloor heating and offers a unique rural escape with far-reaching views to the sea, operating year-round with flexible stay options (3/4/7/14 nights, arriving Fri, Sat or Sun.
Budle lodge is situated in a semi-remote location NE70 7HS however easily accessible and by car from the A1 approx 5-mins. There is ample parking for two cars and motorcyclists are welcome. The accommodation is 4.5miles / 10-12 min drive away from Waren Caravan Park NE70 7EE and is where you check-in to collect keys.

The Accommodation
The accommodation comprises entrance vestibule / boot room, and a comfortable lounge area with open plan dining area adjoining a spacious well appointed self catering kitchen. The accommodation has WC, bath & shower facilities, 3 bedrooms, and can accommodates up to 6 persons and baby cots in addition. Accessible from the kitchen is a covered outdoor deck area with dining furniture and BBQ.
Check in is at Waren Caravan Park and where an arrangement is in place for Budle View Lodge guests to use the facilities at nearby (4.5 miles / 10-12 min drive away) Waren Caravan Park and with its outdoor splash pool, bar and restaurant, pizza takeaway, games room and outdoor play areas including nature trail.
Rural Location
As well as serving as an excellent base for exploring North Northumberland, a standout feature of the accommodation is its proximity to a working pig farm so worth noting that from time to time there may be odours and noises and may not appeal to all guests. The accommodation is not suitable for wheelchair users.

We hired your BBQ hut and what a fab idea it was! Kids loved it, it was a fab little experience.
Absolutely lovely campsite, great atmosphere, felt really welcomed. Amazing views and great distance from local tourist attractions, will definitely be returning soon!
We love Waren, it is one of our favourite sites. We feel so at home there. It was the first ever site we went to, for our first trip out in our first touring caravan, for our daughter’s second birthday celebrations. It is a tradition now that we go every year for her birthday, and have just done it for the third year running. We love it so much. And long may it continue. Cant wait to try the sister sites, as she gets older. Brilliant site, lovely atmosphere, keep up the good work guys! Thankyou x

We love this park as the caravans are excellent and always well maintained and of course the Northumberland coast is beautiful.
Our daughter loves coming to Warren mill and has great fun. The staff are always helpful and friendly and we’ve made lots of great memories and look forward to making lots more soon.
Superb place and facility. I’ve never been to Northumberland, and now will be returning back for the third time in 9 months (even though you are 360 miles away from me).

Excellent staff. Very welcoming! They keep a very close eye on all aspects of the park and take immediate action to attend to any problems which arise.
We stayed for 2 nights in a tent. Our children loved it! They loved the parks, the outdoor pools, football pitches and large grassed areas throughout to play games.
We have stayed at this park many times and always return it’s a lovely clean well maintained park with super layout in the touring field for the kids playing on the field/park. Family shower rooms really really good and clean. We have also stayed at the other 3 parks you have but Waren is our favourite for a close to home weekend away! Thanks.
Having previously mainly stayed at Parkdean Caravan Parks on the south coast I was unsure what to expect, we were delighted with the caravan we stayed in, much better than previous holidays, so clean and spacious, and a great price. Really felt comfortable and safe, which as a single mum of 11 and 13 year old lads is always my concern, so thank you very much for a perfect holiday.
