Waren Park, Holiday Home Ownership Update! You may reside within the North East Areas where the new tighter restrictions are being enforced, these include Northumberland, North Tyneside, Newcastle-upon-Tyne, Gateshead, South Tyneside, Sunderland and County Durham. If, so the restrictions will apply to you while visiting your holiday home at Waren. If you are a holiday home-owner whose main residence is from outside of these listed restricted areas, the restrictions will also apply to you. You must comply with the local restrictions. Please bear with us while we adjust the park operations and facilities to ensure that we comply with this late change. We will be operating a table service and a take-away food and beverage service from the bar. Please feel free to use the outdoor seating at the bar patio and on the main play area. Please follow the guidance at the bar patio area and for further support ask ay the park reception. All other facilities at the park remain unaffected. Please read on for more helpful notes!
If you breach the Covid-19 rules while staying at our caravan parks then you will be asked to leave, refunds will not be given.
Holiday Bookings Update! In North East England, from Friday 18th September 2020, Bookings are not accepted, or customers admitted onto the park if groups include more than one household & support bubble or more than 6 people. Group bookings include groups of families or friends who have booked as individuals to stay at the same time as their friends or families.
At Waren hospitality for food and drink will be table service and take-away only. late night restriction of operating hours will be introduced, with leisure and entertainment venues required to close between 10pm to 5am. You are also advised to adhere to the following guidance to further reduce rates of infection: Not to socialise with other people outside of their own households in all public venues. Only to use public transport for essential purposes, such as travelling to school or work. Take holidays only within your own household or support bubble. Avoid attending amateur and semi-professional sporting events as spectators
Holiday Bookings Update! In Scotland & England, from Monday 14th September 2020, the Governments are introducing the rule of 6. You must not meet socially in groups of more than 6 (not including children – Scotland Only) and if you do, you will be breaking the law. This will apply in any setting, indoors or outdoors, at home or in the pub. The ban will be set out in law and it will be enforced by the police – anyone breaking the rules risks being dispersed, fined and possibly arrested. Now you only need to remember the rule of 6. Existing bookings that we consider may be affected will be reviewed and we will make contact with those customers.
We are unable to accept group bookings. Social gathering is limited to 6 Persons (not including children of 12 years or younger – Scotland only). It is important that we make you aware that if you breach the rule of 6 while staying at our caravan park then you will be required to leave the park immediately. Refunds will not be given.
Touring customers, we continue with our message and strongly encourage those have their own on-board self contained, primary WC and secondary Shower facilities, to use them rather than our shared communal WC facilities and in support of social distancing.
Parks with Facilities: The on park Play Areas, Shops, Launderettes, Bar & Restaurant will be open with access controls in place. Swimming pools and games rooms remain closed.
We welcome responsible guests observing social distancing and practicing good hygiene. When at our parks please follow safety guidance provided by our park staff and our special Covid-19 aware signage, we are always available to help should you have a query. We strive to be COVID SECURE.
