We are a friendly park with a range of modern Caravan Holiday Homes for hire. Park within walking distance to the beach and easy access to so many great local attractions. Our caravan holiday homes are not to be confused with those for hire on other competitor holiday parks. Our standard holiday home for hire is of a greater specification and thus providing you with peace of mind that your holiday accommodation will exceed your expectation and in providing your family with a very comfortable base from which to explore the area and that’s why those who discover us keep returning.
Our Tourist Board, quality assured Caravan Holiday Homes offer exceptional comfort with gas central heating, double glazing and come with a fully equipped kitchen and smart TV. Accommodating up to 6 persons (2 bedroom) or 8 persons (3 bedroom) comfortably with bed linen, towels and a complimentary welcome pack included. Our top of the range Caravan Holiday Homes enjoy outlook doors and enclosed balconies. As a pet friendly awarded park we have caravan holiday homes that have been specially allocated, so that you can bring your dog on holiday too.
An easy access holiday home is available and that permits full wheelchair movement throughout and with large external balcony.

We are very proud to introduce our Gold (standard range) of exceptional holiday homes to you. With 2 and 3 bedroom homes available, all offering superb quality and facilities including en-suite shower rooms, gas central heating, double glazing, fully equipped kitchen, large screen smart TV. The homes can sleep between 6 persons (2 bedroom) to 8 persons (3 bedroom) comfortably and linen, towels and a complimentary welcome pack is provided upon arrival.

You can expect the same exceptional standards and facilities, but our Gold Deluxe range enjoys absolutely prime locations and have outlook doors with a balcony. This range of caravan holiday home is often our newest addition to the park, is more spacious internally and carrying extra inventory to make your holiday that extra bit special. COMING SOON – holidays from EASTER 2026 Our Platinum 2/3 bedroom Holiday Homes rivals some of the finest hotel rooms. A spectacular kitchen is the star of the show with smart storage that capitalises on every inch of space. It’s a bold and contemporary design and the striking bedrooms put most hotels to shame. Dishwasher, 50″ smart TV, Free Internet, Master Bedroom with TV to name some of the features.

Easy Access Caravan
Our easy access caravan holiday home offers the same high comfort as our other caravan holiday homes but is adapted to suit disabled persons and their carers. Accommodating full wheelchair movement throughout and providing a well equipped wet room. Noting the kitchen is at full height for carer use. A hoist is provided (may not be ceiling mounted), you my wish to bring with you a more bespoke apparatus. The single beds are full size. We are always on hand to assist.

We absolutely love this place and will definitely return.
We have travelled all over the UK in our motor home. Waren Mill was one of the first sites we stayed at and has remained our favourite!
We hired your BBQ hut and what a fab idea it was! Kids loved it, it was a fab little experience.
Our daughter loves coming to Warren mill and has great fun. The staff are always helpful and friendly and we’ve made lots of great memories and look forward to making lots more soon.
Fantastic for the kids to play around the park and the walks in the nature trail.
We stayed for 2 nights in a tent. Our children loved it! They loved the parks, the outdoor pools, football pitches and large grassed areas throughout to play games.
Superb place and facility. I’ve never been to Northumberland, and now will be returning back for the third time in 9 months (even though you are 360 miles away from me).
Absolutely lovely campsite, great atmosphere, felt really welcomed. Amazing views and great distance from local tourist attractions, will definitely be returning soon!
The staff are always very friendly and go out of their way to help. My daughter loves Warren Mill and is always in the park playing before we start setting things up. It’s a lovely friendly site that I often recommend to people I know.
Excellent staff. Very welcoming! They keep a very close eye on all aspects of the park and take immediate action to attend to any problems which arise.
We love this park as the caravans are excellent and always well maintained and of course the Northumberland coast is beautiful.
Nice park in an excellent location for touring Northumberland. Good facilities and friendly staff.
