A limited selection of pre-owned 2 and 3-bedroom Swift Bordeaux holiday homes is available, all featuring brand new composite balconies, new mattresses, quilts, and pillows throughout.
Each home comes with a full inventory pack that includes a kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, a 43″ smart TV, and much more.
The Bordeaux Holiday Home offers well-appointed and stylish accommodation with contemporary design, ensuring practicality and comfort. It features a “Maldives” soft furnishings scheme that enhances its elegant interior. This holiday home provides exceptional value for money while offering a homely feel.
Highlights include luxury carpet with underlay, low-energy LED lighting throughout, and warm ‘Nebraska Oak’ woodgrain finish. Bordeaux is designed for inviting family getaways.
The bright and airy living area serves as a cosy yet spacious retreat, equipped with a freestanding two-piece suite that includes a fold-out occasional bed and scatter cushions. The framed fireplace features a ‘Bach’ electric fire, complemented by a sleek coffee table with two upholstered stools underneath. There is a TV point with coaxial cable and a 240V socket for enjoyable evenings in, along with a large mirror and modern framed wall picture that add extra flair.
The open-plan layout flows into the well-equipped kitchen, featuring streamlined soft-close units in ‘Riverstone’ and light grey upper doors, paired with ‘Torano Marble’ laminate worktops for a trendy look. High-quality appliances include a Thetford ‘Cocina’ glass-fronted oven and grill with a four-burner gas hob, an integrated microwave, and an A+ rated double-door fridge freezer – ideal for preparing meals to share around the dining suite with four ‘Rochelle’ chairs.
Bordeaux’s chic bathrooms are designed for comfort and convenience. The main bathroom boasts a spacious shower cubicle with a glass sliding door, a thermostatic shower, LED vanity spotlights, a dual-flush WC, and an extractor fan. There is also a convenient WC and sink located off the master bedroom.
Available in both two and three-bedroom layouts, Bordeaux provides ample space for everyone to relax and recharge. The generous master bedroom features a vanity area with a mirror and socket, along with a king-size or double bed (depending on the model) that includes lift-up storage. All beds are fitted with Duvalay™ mattresses made from Crib 5 rated fabric, flanked by bedside cabinets and overbed storage.
For superb thermal performance, Bordeaux is equipped with uPVC white windows, insulated underfloor pipes, and thorough insulation in the floors, roof, and walls. It features stylish woodgrain textured ‘Sandy Beige’ aluminium cladding and LED exterior lighting. Additionally, the bonded sandwich exterior wall construction provides greater strength, complemented by a coated steel pantile roof and a Fusion galvanised chassis, the latter with a ten-year warranty.
We very much enjoyed the campsite. The kitchen area for wigwam users was a great touch and made a huge difference to our dining options. All public areas well maintained and clean.
Nice park in an excellent location for touring Northumberland. Good facilities and friendly staff.
We have travelled all over the UK in our motor home. Waren Mill was one of the first sites we stayed at and has remained our favourite!

Having previously mainly stayed at Parkdean Caravan Parks on the south coast I was unsure what to expect, we were delighted with the caravan we stayed in, much better than previous holidays, so clean and spacious, and a great price. Really felt comfortable and safe, which as a single mum of 11 and 13 year old lads is always my concern, so thank you very much for a perfect holiday.
Overall, we really enjoy staying at the park and find it very friendly and well maintained.
Even in October for our last stay we found the park to be in superb condition. A great tribute to the hard working park staff which was much appreciated. We look forward to returning.

The staff are always very friendly and go out of their way to help. My daughter loves Warren Mill and is always in the park playing before we start setting things up. It’s a lovely friendly site that I often recommend to people I know.
Fantastic for the kids to play around the park and the walks in the nature trail.

We love this park as the caravans are excellent and always well maintained and of course the Northumberland coast is beautiful.
