Our caravan holiday homes are not to be confused with those for hire on other competitor holiday parks. Our standard holiday home for hire is of a greater specification and thus providing you with peace of mind that your holiday accommodation will exceed your expectation and in providing your family with a very comfortable base from which to explore the area and that’s why those who discover us keep returning.
Our Tourist Board, quality assured Caravan Holiday Homes offer exceptional comfort with gas central heating, double glazing and come with a fully equipped kitchen, TV & DVD. They can sleep up to 6 persons (2 bedroom) or 8 persons (3 bedroom) comfortably with bed linen, towels and a complimentary welcome pack included. Our top of the range Caravan Holiday Homes enjoy outlook doors and enclosed balconies. As a pet friendly awarded park we have caravan holiday homes that have been specially allocated, so that you can bring your dog on holiday too.
An easy access holiday home is available and that permits full wheelchair movement throughout and with large external balcony.

Gold 'Standard' (2 and 3 bedrooms) (no balcony)
We are very proud to introduce our Gold (standard range) of exceptional holiday homes to you. With 2 and 3 bedroom homes available, all offering superb quality and facilities including en-suite shower rooms, gas central heating, double glazing, fully equipped kitchen, large flat screen TV and DVD. The homes can sleep between 6 persons (2 bedroom) to 8 persons (3 bedroom) comfortably and linen, towels and a complimentary welcome pack is provided upon arrival.
Gold 'Deluxe' (2 and 3 bedrooms) with Outlook Doors & Balcony
You can expect the same exceptional standards and facilities, but our Gold Deluxe range enjoys absolutely prime locations. Some come with outlook doors and external balconies and decking. This range of caravan holiday home is often our newest addition to the park, is more spacious internally and carrying extra inventory to make your holiday that extra bit special.
Easy Access Caravan
Our easy access caravan holiday home offers the same high comfort as our other caravan holiday homes but is adapted to suit disabled persons and their carers. Accommodating full wheelchair movement throughout and providing a well equipped wet room.

Overall, we really enjoy staying at the park and find it very friendly and well maintained.
Exceptionally clean shower block and very helpful friendly staff.
The staff are always very friendly and go out of their way to help. My daughter loves Warren Mill and is always in the park playing before we start setting things up. It’s a lovely friendly site that I often recommend to people I know.

Superb place and facility. I’ve never been to Northumberland, and now will be returning back for the third time in 9 months (even though you are 360 miles away from me).
We love this park as the caravans are excellent and always well maintained and of course the Northumberland coast is beautiful.
Absolutely lovely campsite, great atmosphere, felt really welcomed. Amazing views and great distance from local tourist attractions, will definitely be returning soon!
Having previously mainly stayed at Parkdean Caravan Parks on the south coast I was unsure what to expect, we were delighted with the caravan we stayed in, much better than previous holidays, so clean and spacious, and a great price. Really felt comfortable and safe, which as a single mum of 11 and 13 year old lads is always my concern, so thank you very much for a perfect holiday.
Even in October for our last stay we found the park to be in superb condition. A great tribute to the hard working park staff which was much appreciated. We look forward to returning.
We love Waren, it is one of our favourite sites. We feel so at home there. It was the first ever site we went to, for our first trip out in our first touring caravan, for our daughter’s second birthday celebrations. It is a tradition now that we go every year for her birthday, and have just done it for the third year running. We love it so much. And long may it continue. Cant wait to try the sister sites, as she gets older. Brilliant site, lovely atmosphere, keep up the good work guys! Thankyou x
Our daughter loves coming to Warren mill and has great fun. The staff are always helpful and friendly and we’ve made lots of great memories and look forward to making lots more soon.
We have travelled all over the UK in our motor home. Waren Mill was one of the first sites we stayed at and has remained our favourite!
