There are only very few of these available for 2021, a spacious holiday home and unlike many holiday homes it has a dining arrangement that can comfortably seat 6 persons. Notably the master bedroom is a king size with Duvalay mattress. The kitchen is fully fitted. This holiday home has been maintained by us to date and is in excellent order and with a pre-galvanised chassis. Of course you can add bed linen and other touches to the holiday home to customise it as you want and to create a real home from home feeling. This 2 bedroom model is particularly roomy!

We stayed for 2 nights in a tent. Our children loved it! They loved the parks, the outdoor pools, football pitches and large grassed areas throughout to play games.
We absolutely love this place and will definitely return.
Absolutely lovely campsite, great atmosphere, felt really welcomed. Amazing views and great distance from local tourist attractions, will definitely be returning soon!
Having previously mainly stayed at Parkdean Caravan Parks on the south coast I was unsure what to expect, we were delighted with the caravan we stayed in, much better than previous holidays, so clean and spacious, and a great price. Really felt comfortable and safe, which as a single mum of 11 and 13 year old lads is always my concern, so thank you very much for a perfect holiday.
We love Waren, it is one of our favourite sites. We feel so at home there. It was the first ever site we went to, for our first trip out in our first touring caravan, for our daughter’s second birthday celebrations. It is a tradition now that we go every year for her birthday, and have just done it for the third year running. We love it so much. And long may it continue. Cant wait to try the sister sites, as she gets older. Brilliant site, lovely atmosphere, keep up the good work guys! Thankyou x

Our daughter loves coming to Warren mill and has great fun. The staff are always helpful and friendly and we’ve made lots of great memories and look forward to making lots more soon.

We have travelled all over the UK in our motor home. Waren Mill was one of the first sites we stayed at and has remained our favourite!
Fantastic for the kids to play around the park and the walks in the nature trail.
Overall, we really enjoy staying at the park and find it very friendly and well maintained.
