A select range of pre-owned 2 and 3-bedroom Swift Bordeaux holiday homes will be available for the 2026 season from March. Each includes a brand-new composite balcony, plus new mattresses, quilts, and pillows throughout, giving every home a fresh and comfortable feel from day one.
Every holiday home comes fully equipped with a comprehensive inventory pack, including a kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, and a 43″ smart TV, ensuring you can move straight in and start enjoying your stay.
The Swift Bordeaux combines stylish, contemporary design with practical comfort. Its modern soft furnishings and warm woodgrain finish create a homely atmosphere, while luxury carpet, low-energy LED lighting, and quality fittings enhance the overall experience.
The bright and spacious living area features a freestanding suite with a fold-out occasional bed, an elegant fireplace with electric fire, and practical touches such as a TV point, coffee table, and storage stools—perfect for relaxing evenings in.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with soft-close units, marble-effect worktops, a glass-fronted oven and grill, a four-burner hob, integrated microwave, and an A+ rated fridge freezer. A dining suite with four chairs provides the ideal space for meals with family and friends.
Bedrooms are designed for comfort, offering Duvalay™ mattresses, lift-up storage beds, bedside cabinets, and a vanity area in the master bedroom. Bathrooms are modern and convenient, featuring a thermostatic shower, LED lighting, and a dual-flush WC, with an additional WC off the master bedroom.

We very much enjoyed the campsite. The kitchen area for wigwam users was a great touch and made a huge difference to our dining options. All public areas well maintained and clean.
Our daughter loves coming to Warren mill and has great fun. The staff are always helpful and friendly and we’ve made lots of great memories and look forward to making lots more soon.

Having previously mainly stayed at Parkdean Caravan Parks on the south coast I was unsure what to expect, we were delighted with the caravan we stayed in, much better than previous holidays, so clean and spacious, and a great price. Really felt comfortable and safe, which as a single mum of 11 and 13 year old lads is always my concern, so thank you very much for a perfect holiday.
We have travelled all over the UK in our motor home. Waren Mill was one of the first sites we stayed at and has remained our favourite!
We love Waren, it is one of our favourite sites. We feel so at home there. It was the first ever site we went to, for our first trip out in our first touring caravan, for our daughter’s second birthday celebrations. It is a tradition now that we go every year for her birthday, and have just done it for the third year running. We love it so much. And long may it continue. Cant wait to try the sister sites, as she gets older. Brilliant site, lovely atmosphere, keep up the good work guys! Thankyou x
We stayed for 2 nights in a tent. Our children loved it! They loved the parks, the outdoor pools, football pitches and large grassed areas throughout to play games.
Loved our holiday here. Was pretty much perfect for us with small children. Have already booked to return twice in the summer.
