 first class, 14/10/2009 | | | Reviewer: mick anderson (newcastle, United Kingdom) | In my job I find everyone is quick to complain if anything is wrong so here is a pat on the back. We stayed in caravan No 56 over the weekend and found the accommodation first class, we were acting as officials at the motorcycle racing along the road at East Fortune and found the caravan just what we needed. In the past we have stayed at B&Bs and have been unable to get a breakfast early enough allowing us to get to the track. The caravan worked out great; it was spotlessly clean and had everything we could need to make our stay a pleasant one. I hope the caravan is available for hire when we next visit in May 2010 as it was just what we needed for our 2 night stay.

On arrival (had not booked, small Romahome) warm greeting told to park wherever we would like and to book- in in the morning. Excellent washing facilities, clean and hot showers. Well maintained site. Only criticism, small stool or chair needed in shower to put dry clothes on. Would use this site again if ever in this area. |

Clean and warm showers were good as well. I think the site could do with a better shop. just to sell simple things like milk bread tea bags etc and maybe some buckets and spades and fishing nets. |
